I am sure everyone wants to feel light whenever we are at home or at work. This is achievable, however, there will surely be unexpected times when your mood changes because of some issues and problems that arise at home or at work. This has happened to me so many times that I have already formed some sort of habit whenever I feel I am in a bad mood. I would usually start by playing soothing instrumental music.
